Delete your data

01How to ask

Can't sign in, or acting for someone else? Email team@ammdistro.com from the address on the account, with “Delete my data” in the subject. If you're acting for someone else, include proof that you're authorized to.

Anyone can ask, wherever they live. The EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation (Article 17), the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar laws give you this right; we offer it to everyone.

02How long it takes

We complete requests within one month. If a request is complex, for example because the account has earnings still to be paid, we'll tell you within that month and finish within two more. Until we complete it, you can withdraw the request from Settings.

03What we delete

• Your name, email address, profile photo and contact details. Your account is replaced by an anonymous placeholder.
• Your sign-in sessions, devices, push notification tokens and connected apps.
• Your notifications, email preferences and AI assistant conversations.
• Your PayPal email and the profile details you use for marketing tools.
• Your access to every account you belong to. Pending invitations sent to your email are cancelled.

04What we keep, and why

The right to delete doesn't cover data we must keep by law or need to defend legal claims (GDPR Article 17(3)). We keep the following, use it only for those purposes, and delete it when the period ends:

• Signed agreements. Distribution, release and split agreements you signed, with their signature records. Deleting your data doesn't cancel them: they stay in force under their own terms, for you and for the other people who signed. Kept for as long as a claim under them could be brought, generally up to 7 years after they end.
• Tax records. Tax forms, filings and withholding records, as long as tax law requires, generally 7 years.
• Earnings and payment records. Statements, splits and payouts, as long as accounting law requires, generally 7 years. Your collaborators' records of what they were paid from shared releases stay too.
• Releases. Releases already delivered to stores, and their public credits, stay as they are under the agreement that covers them. To remove them as well, ask for a takedown before or with your request.

05Before you ask

• Get paid first. Once your contact and payout details are deleted, we can't send you earnings. Request a payout of your balance before you ask. Earnings stores report later are handled under your agreement.
• Hand over accounts you own. If other people use an account you own, make one of them the owner so they keep access.
• Download what you need. Save your statements and agreement PDFs. You won't be able to sign in afterwards.
• It covers ANTHM too. AMM Distro and ANTHM use the same account, so the request deletes your personal data from both.
